In force from: 30 October 2026
These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) describe how you can buy and book training on agnespor.org, and what we agree to each other. I've tried to write them plainly. If anything is unclear, just write to me.
This English version is a translation for information. If the two differ, the Hungarian version applies.
1. Who I am and how to reach me
- Provider: my name, registered address, tax number and registration number are on the Imprint page
- E-mail: [e-mail address]
- Phone: [phone number]
- Website: agnespor.org
The hosting provider's details are on the Imprint page too.
2. What these Terms cover
Every contract we make through the website: training sessions, passes, consultations, training plans and gift vouchers. I also apply them to sessions arranged in person or by message, unless we agree otherwise.
The language of the contract is Hungarian. The contract is made electronically. It is not a written contract, and I don't file it. You can look back at your orders, passes and bookings in your account at any time. I haven't signed up to any code of conduct.
3. The services
- Personal training in person at the place shown on the website ([where sessions take place]).
- Online personal training over Google Meet. You need a little space, a mat and a stable internet connection.
- Consultation and training plans (in person or online).
- A free intro call online.
- Passes: several sessions at a better price, usable for the period shown on the product.
- Gift vouchers and coupons: a discount or a free service.
The length and price of each service, and for passes the number of sessions and the validity, are shown on the booking page and in the cart.
Training is not medical treatment and doesn't replace a medical examination or therapy. For medical questions, your doctor has the final word.
4. Your account
Before buying, you create an account (name, e-mail address, phone number, password) or sign in with Google. Please give real details and keep your password to yourself. You can change your details in your account.
Under 18, you can only buy and train with your parent's or guardian's consent. Under 16, your parent or guardian should sign up and order.
5. How the contract is made
- You choose the service and, if needed, the time.
- In the cart and on the checkout page you check the items, the price, the discounts and the payment method. Until you send the order you can correct anything: go back, change or remove items and your details.
- You accept these Terms and read the Privacy policy.
- You send the order with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. For a free order the button says "Place order".
You get a confirmation e-mail straight away. If it doesn't arrive within 48 hours, let me know, because you are then no longer bound by your order. The contract is made with the confirmation.
If bookings need my approval, a time becomes final when I confirm it. If the time you asked for doesn't work after all, I offer another one. If none suits you, the session stays in your account, or I refund its price if you ask.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and show the final amount to pay. You pay the price shown when you order; later price changes don't affect orders already placed.
If an obviously wrong price appears on the website (for example 0 HUF or a fraction of the usual price), I don't have to provide the service at that price. I'll tell you, and you can decide whether you want it at the correct price.
Payment methods (at checkout you choose from the ones currently offered):
- cash at an in-person session,
- bank transfer to the account number and with the reference shown after ordering,
- Revolut (QR code or user name),
- card on the Stripe or Barion payment page. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach me.
If you don't pay online, please pay before your first session. I issue a receipt (invoice) as the law requires.
7. Passes
- A pass is for the number of sessions bought and is valid for the period shown on the product. The validity starts at the first session.
- Sessions not used by the end of the validity expire and aren't refunded in money. If you're ill or something serious comes up, write to me and we'll try to find a solution (for example an extension).
- A pass is personal; you can only pass it on to someone else with my prior agreement.
- You can see the sessions left on your pass and its expiry date in your account.
8. Coupons and gift vouchers
- Enter the coupon at checkout. A coupon works on one order, under the conditions given (validity, number of uses, products).
- You can redeem a gift voucher with an empty cart: the service it's for is added to your account.
- Coupons and vouchers can't be exchanged for money. The expiry date, if any, is shown on the coupon.
9. Times, cancelling and being late
The rules for cancelling and moving sessions are on the Cancellation policy page. In short:
- Up to 24 hours before the session starts, you can cancel or move it free of charge in your account.
- A session cancelled later than that, or missed, counts as used.
- If I cancel a session, you can choose a new time free of charge, or I refund the session's price if you ask.
- If you're late, the session still ends at the original time.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract made on the website within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is made.
When there is no right of withdrawal
- A session or consultation booked for a set time: this is a service related to leisure activities with a date fixed in the contract, so there is no right of withdrawal (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), section 29 (1) l)). You can still cancel or move the time free of charge under the Cancellation policy.
- A service fully provided: if, at your express request, the service started within the 14 days and has been fully provided (for example you used every session of a pass, or received the finished training plan), you lose the right of withdrawal (section 29 (1) a)).
Passes and training plans: if you book a session within the 14 days, or ask me to start on your training plan in that period, you expressly ask for the service to start before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportional fee for what you have used (for a pass, the used sessions at the pass price), and I refund the rest.
How to withdraw
- With the website's Withdraw from the contract function. It's linked at the bottom of every page for the whole withdrawal period. Enter your name, the order reference and your e-mail address, and send it with the "Confirm withdrawal" button. I confirm receipt by e-mail, with its content and the date and time.
- Or by e-mail ([e-mail address]) or letter (the postal address is on the Imprint page) with a clear statement, for example using the model below.
You're in time if you send your statement by the end of the 14th day.
Refund: within 14 days of learning about your withdrawal, I pay back the amount due to you, using the payment method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise. The refund costs you nothing extra.
Model withdrawal form
To: the provider's name and address as on the Imprint, [e-mail address]
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: …
Date of the contract, order reference: …
Name and address or e-mail address of the consumer: …
Date: …
11. Health, safety and liability
- Before training, tell me about any illness, injury, pain, pregnancy or medication that may affect exercise, and let me know if it changes. If you're unsure, ask your doctor first.
- If you feel pain, dizziness or unwell during a session, tell me at once and stop.
- I may change or stop a session for your safety.
- For online sessions, you're responsible for a safe, clear space and suitable equipment.
- If an in-person session takes place in a gym, the gym's house rules apply to you too.
- You look after your valuables during the session.
I'm liable for damage caused by breach of contract under the Hungarian Civil Code. I'm not liable for damage that results from you withholding important information about your health or not following my instructions. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be excluded by law (breach of contract caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or harming life, physical integrity or health).
I only take or publish photos, videos or sound recordings of you with your express consent.
12. Defective performance and complaints
If a service isn't what it should have been, you can ask me to make up or repeat the session; if that's not possible, you can ask for a proportional price reduction or withdraw from the contract (Civil Code section 6:159).
Complaints: by e-mail ([e-mail address]), by phone ([phone number]) or in person. I look into a spoken complaint straight away and fix it if I can. If you don't agree with the solution, or it can't be looked into at once, I write a record and send you a copy. I answer a written complaint in writing within 30 days, with reasons if I reject it. I keep the complaint and my answer for 3 years.
If we can't settle your complaint, you can turn to:
- Conciliation board (békéltető testület): the board for where you live or stay; the list is at bekeltetes.hu. In Budapest: Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. I. em. 111., postal address: 1253 Budapest, Pf. 10., phone: +36 1 488 2131, e-mail: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu. I cooperate in the procedure.
- Consumer protection authority: the county (Budapest) government office; contact details at nkfh.gov.hu.
- Court: the court with jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure.
13. Personal data
I handle your personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
14. Copyright
Training plans, videos, texts and images are my own work (or I have the right to use them). You can use them for yourself, but you can't copy, publish or pass them on without my permission.
15. Final provisions
I may change these Terms. Changes apply to contracts made after they come into force; passes already bought and times already booked keep the terms accepted at purchase. I'll also tell you about important changes by e-mail.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays valid.
The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on contracts between consumers and businesses. This doesn't take away the rights a consumer has under the law of the country where they live.
